Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Strong understanding of compensation management processes and best practices.
- Experience with system configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
