Summary:
As a mid-level expert, you will drive innovative practices into delivery and bring depth of expertise to various engagements. Your typical day will involve leading module configuration activities for SAP Compensation Management & Variable Pay (COMP & VP), ensuring successful delivery within project scope.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- The role is responsible for configuring SuccessFactors modules in line with the approved solution design, executing test data loads, reconciling migrated data, and performing unit testing while logging and resolving defects.
- Responsibilities include updating configuration workbooks, and managing transports and dependencies.
- The role supports end-to-end testing and cutover activities across SIT, UAT, and Production, including data loads & reconciliation (Talent management modules), defect resolution, smoke testing, and scheduling background and integration jobs.
- Post go-live, the role provides enhanced user support, monitors system performance, workflows, integrations, jobs, and reports to ensure business continuity, resolves issues, and completes knowledge transfer and formal handover to AMS support teams.
Professional & Technical Skills:-
Must to Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Compensation Management and Variable Pay.
- Strong understanding of business process design and implementation.
- Independently manage COMP & VP deliverables within a project.
- Act as primary functional contact for assigned module.
- Provide client-facing support during workshops and UAT.
- Mentor junior professionals on configuration and documentation tasks.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
Good to Have Skills:
- Certification in COMP & VP
- Knowledge in Employee central and PMGM
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in SAP HCM and SAP Successfactors
- A 15 years full time education is required.
