Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative delivery methodologies to improve project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and recruitment lifecycle management.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into effective technical solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors framework.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout project phases.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
