Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative delivery practices to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to build collective expertise.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and integration within human capital management systems.
- Experience in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Ability to design and implement best practice business changes using SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
