- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to incorporate relevant innovations into project delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and core HR processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies related to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
