Tech Co-Founder (Equity Only) – VoorentAbout Voorent
Voorent is building a new-age furniture rental and customization ecosystem with a strong focus on AI-powered operations, P2P rental models, and scalable tech-driven experiences. We are expanding into new verticals across furniture, home solutions, customization, and rental commerce.
We are looking for a highly ambitious Tech Co-Founder who wants to build from 0 to 1 and create a category-defining startup alongside the founding team.
Role Overview
This is a founding-level role where you will lead the entire technology vision, product architecture, and platform execution for Voorent’s next phase of growth.
The role is equity-based only for now (no fixed salary). We are looking for someone who believes in long-term value creation and wants meaningful ownership in the company.
What You’ll Build
- P2P rental marketplace infrastructure
- Furniture customization platform
- AI-powered operations and automation systems
- Vendor and inventory management systems
- Customer-facing web and mobile platforms
- Internal dashboards and workflow automations
- Scalable backend architecture for future verticals
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end tech development and product execution
- Build scalable web/mobile products
- Create backend systems and APIs
- Work on AI integrations and automation workflows
- Manage product roadmap and technology decisions
- Build and lead the future tech team
- Collaborate directly with founders on business and growth strategy
- Drive innovation across new verticals and customer experiences
Ideal Candidate
- Strong full-stack development experience
- Startup mindset with ownership mentality
- Experience with scalable product architecture
- Understanding of marketplaces, rental tech, or e-commerce is a plus
- Experience in AI tools, automation, or product-led growth is preferred
- Comfortable working in fast-paced early-stage environments
- Ready to build long term with high conviction

Compensation
