Voorent is building a new-age furniture rental, customization, and AI-powered real estate ecosystem focused on creating scalable P2P rental infrastructure. We are reimagining how users rent, customize, buy, and manage furniture and living spaces through technology, automation, and smart logistics.
We are looking for a highly ambitious Tech Co-Founder who can lead product and technology development from the ground up and build the future P2P rental model for Voorent.
This is an equity-based founding role with no fixed salary for now. Compensation will be through meaningful equity ownership and long-term growth opportunity.
Role Responsibilities
- Build and lead the complete tech architecture for Voorent
- Develop the P2P furniture rental and marketplace platform
- Create scalable backend systems for inventory, logistics, payments, and customer management
- Work on AI-driven automation models for operations, matching, recommendations, and fraud/risk detection
- Integrate payment gateways, rental workflows, customer onboarding, and verification systems
- Build dashboards for vendors, customers, and operations teams
- Collaborate directly with the founding team on product vision and execution
- Hire and manage future tech team members as the company grows
- Drive MVP development and continuous product iterations
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in full-stack development
- Experience building marketplaces, SaaS products, or P2P platforms
- Understanding of scalable system architecture and cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of AI/ML integrations is a strong plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build from zero
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong ownership and execution capabilities
