Role: Tech Co-Founder (CTO-Level Ownership)
Location- Meerut, Hybrid/ Remote
We are looking for a highly driven Tech Co-Founder who will take complete ownership of the technology, product development, and engineering team. This is not a job — it’s a founding opportunity to build something impactful from scratch.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
Product & Technology Leadership
• Architect and develop the TaxTruths platform (web + future mobile app)
• Build scalable backend systems for AI-driven legal/tax solutions
• Select the right tech stack and define long-term product vision
Development
• Lead end-to-end software development (frontend + backend)
• Build MVP quickly and iterate based on feedback
• Integrate APIs, databases, and AI models (LLMs if needed)
Team Building
• Hire and manage developers, designers, and tech interns
• Create a strong tech culture and workflow (Agile / sprint-based)
Security & Compliance
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance
• Build systems keeping Indian legal standards in mind
Growth & Strategy
• Collaborate with founder on product-market fit
• Continuously improve UX/UI for user adoption
🛠️ Required Skills
• Strong experience in:
• Full-stack development (MERN / Django / Node / etc.)
• Database management (SQL / NoSQL)
• API development & integrations
• Understanding of:
• AI / Machine Learning / LLMs (preferred)
• SaaS product development
• Experience building or scaling a startup or product from scratch
Preferred Qualities
• Entrepreneurial mindset (risk-taker, builder, problem solver)
• Passion for legal-tech / fintech / AI
• Ability to work in early-stage startup chaos
• Long-term vision and commitment
Compensation Structure
• Equity-based partnership (Co-founder level)
