Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Tech Co-Founder to join our team in a full-time capacity at our New Delhi office. The Tech Co-Founder will lead the development and execution of the company’s technology strategy, manage a talented technical team, and oversee the creation and optimization of scalable digital products. Responsibilities include driving innovation, managing development timelines, ensuring technological alignment with business goals, and continuously improving processes. The Tech Co-Founder will play a key role in shaping the technological vision and thriving alongside the company’s growth trajectory, acting as a strategic partner and technology leader.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Software Development, Web Development, and Mobile Application Development
- Expertise in System Architecture, Cloud Computing, and Scalability Design
- Experience in Project Management, Agile Methodology, and Team Leadership
- Competence in Product Management, User Experience Design, and Technology Integration
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and an ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
- Passion for innovative technologies and scalable solutions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Advantageous qualifications: prior experience as a CTO or Co-Founder, knowledge of the travel or tourism sector
