We are looking for a Tech Co-Founder who can lead technology, build AI-driven products, and help shape the future of Voorent.
Role: Tech Co-Founder (AI, Product & Platform)Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead Voorent’s technology and AI roadmap
- Develop AI models for:
- Rental recommendations
- Property matching
- P2P trust scoring
- Fraud detection
- Customer personalization
- Smart pricing and financing intelligence
- Build scalable web and mobile platform architecture
- Work on AI integrations, automation, and data intelligence systems
- Create systems for real estate discovery, customization, and rental workflows
- Build internal dashboards, APIs, and operational tools
- Lead future engineering and product team hiring
- Work closely with founders on product vision, growth, and fundraising strategy
What We Are Looking For
- Strong technical background in:
- AI/ML
- Full-stack development
- Data systems
- Product architecture
- Automation tools
- Experience building startups, SaaS products, AI tools, or marketplaces
- Ability to build fast and scale products from 0 to 1
- Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term commitment
- Strong ownership and execution ability
Compensation Structure
- This is a Co-Founder level opportunity
- No fixed salary at the current stage
- Equity-based role initially
- Salary/compensation can be introduced after successful fundraising
