Role Description
The Branch Manager will oversee the operations and team management at Techolas Technologies' Palakkad, Kerala branch. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves leading the team, managing day-to-day operations, monitoring sales and enrollment targets, and implementing training programs to ensure high standards of service delivery. The role also includes maintaining effective communication with students, handling branch administration, addressing queries efficiently, and collaborating with the leadership team to align with the company's goals. The Branch Manager will play a key role in fostering a motivated team environment and driving business growth for the branch.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and operational management skills
- Proven expertise in sales and marketing, particularly in the education or training sector
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to develop, plan, and execute branch growth strategies effectively
- Proficiency in managing administrative tasks, reports, and financial operations
- Relevant knowledge in technical courses or experience in the technology or education industry is an advantage
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and handle branch responsibilities with a proactive approach
