Culinary Cook Requirements

Your Role as a Dietary Cook:

• Craft Delicious and Nutritious Meals: Prepare and serve delightful meals in line with our menu, ensuring a pleasurable dining experience for our residents.
• Maintain Highest Standards: Oversee food handling, preparation, and service processes, adhering to strict cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Enhance Resident Health: Provide nutritionally balanced food options that contribute to the residents’ health and vitality.
• Compliance with Regulations: Uphold all Federal, State, and Local food service and nutrition care standards.
• Every other weekends

We’re Looking for Someone With:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least two years of experience as a cook in a large-scale cooking operation (preferred).
• Experience in long-term care settings (preferred).
