Remote Mid Fullstack Developer

The client of Teamified is developing an AI-driven platform that enhances team performance and wellbeing by transforming survey and timesheet data into actionable insights. The client is transitioning from agency support to a fully internal engineering team while scaling revenue growth and investing in AI-driven development workflows. The role is for a Mid-level Fullstack Engineer (backend-focused) who will work closely with the Lead Engineer and CTO, primarily focusing on backend development while also contributing to frontend features as needed. The ideal candidate should have strong Ruby on Rails experience and a desire to deepen their backend expertise while gaining exposure to fullstack development and AI-driven features. Responsibilities include building backend systems, supporting AI integration, working with data models, contributing to AI-enhanced features, ensuring performance and reliability, collaborating across the stack, following best practices, and learning and growing in the role.
