About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Teamcenter Support Engineer to support Teamcenter PLM operations, user administration, CAD/ECAD integrations, and client coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Teamcenter administration, installation, troubleshooting, and strong communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day Teamcenter user support and administrative assistance.
- Handle user access management, workflow support, and data validation activities.
- Perform Teamcenter installation, updates, patch validation, and environment checks.
- Raise and track Siemens GTAC tickets and Incident Reports (IRs) until closure.
- Prepare dashboards, Excel reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients regarding issue updates, troubleshooting, and support activities.
- Gather business requirements for enhancements and upgrade activities.
- Conduct user training sessions, demos, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Support CAD and ECAD integrations within the Teamcenter environment.
- Ensure smooth coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Teamcenter administration and user support.
- Understanding of CAD integration, preferably Creo.
- Understanding of ECAD integration, preferably Altium.
- Basic installation and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

- Teamcenter (TCX)
- Creo
- Altium
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Teamcenter support or PLM support environments.
- Exposure to Teamcenter workflows and access management.
- Understanding of enterprise support processes and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work in a client-facing environment.
