We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter PLM Developer to support and enhance our R&D and Product Innovation teams within a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will play a critical role in the implementation, customization, and ongoing development of Teamcenter PLM, enabling efficient product development, formula management, and faster time-to-market.
You will work closely with R&D, Packaging, Quality, Regulatory, and IT teams, translating business needs into robust, scalable PLM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions tailored to R&D processes
- Participate in Teamcenter implementation and rollout projects across R&D organizations
- Configure and extendTeamcenter to support:
- Product structures and BOMs
- Specifications, formulations, and packaging data
- Change and release management
- Customize using:
- ITK
- SOA / REST APIs
- BMIDE
- Active Workspace (AWC)
- Integrate Teamcenter with ERP, quality systems, and downstream manufacturing platforms
- Support R&D users during testing, go-live, and continuous improvement phases
- Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and R&D stakeholders
- Create technical documentation and contribute to best practices within the PLM landscape
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Teamcenter PLM Developer
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter implementations, ideally in R&D-driven organizations
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Teamcenter architecture
- ITK, BMIDE, and AWC customization
- Java, C/C++, JavaScript
- Solid understanding of R&D PLM concepts such as:
- Product and packaging BOMs
- Change management
- Lifecycle and workflow configuration
- Experience with system integrations (ERP, QA, or manufacturing systems)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
