Techno-Functional / Business Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze customer business processes and map them to Teamcenter functionalities
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and perform gap analysis
- Prepare:
- Functional specifications
- Solution design documents
- Support UAT and end-user training
- Ensure solution alignment with business requirements
Leadership / Ownership Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sustenance/support team of ~4 members
- Allocate tasks and monitor deliverables
- Act as primary point of contact for client coordination
- Ensure SLA adherence and issue resolution timelines
- Drive continuous improvement and system stability
Required Skills & Experience
- 3.5+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter (14.x preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- BMIDE configuration
- Workflow design
- Teamcenter architecture & deployment
- Good understanding of:
- Teamcenter Database
- Data model and relationships
- Working knowledge of:
- RAC customization basics
- Experience in installation, configuration, and environment setup
- Exposure to:
- Design Data Management
- BOM Management
- Change Management
- Strong client handling and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with Teamcenter integrations (e.g., SAP T4S)
- ITK customization
- Exposure to Active Workspace configuration
- Experience in upgrade projects
- Prior experience leading small teams
