At Take a Break (TAB), we are a leading corporate engagement and experiential learning company, delivering high-impact teambuilding, offsites, and training interventions across India and globally. With 18 years of expertise, we specialise in creating experiences that drive collaboration, leadership, and performance.
Role Overview:
- Lead & Command: Direct large-scale team-building activities, corporate workshops, and leadership training sessions with grounded presence and high energy.
- Design & Adapt: Take our core frameworks and breathe life into them, adapting your style to suit diverse audiences, from shop-floor employees to C-suite executives.
- Logistics & Flow: Work closely with our "Experience Architects" to ensure the flow of the event is seamless, from the first icebreaker to the final debrief.
- Travel: This role is for a wanderer. You’ll be leading assignments across India and international destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate teambuilding programs, experiential workshops, and training sessions for corporate groups
- Lead groups ranging from 20 to 500+ participants with confidence and energy
- Deliver sessions aligned to outcomes like collaboration, communication, leadership, and problem-solving
- Manage on-ground execution along with TAB’s operations team
- Customize delivery style based on audience and client requirements
- Ensure high engagement, smooth flow, and impactful debriefing
- Represent TAB with professionalism and strong client-facing skills
Who we’re looking for:
- Prior experience in teambuilding facilitation / corporate training / experiential learning
- Strong communication and stage presence
- Ability to handle large groups and high-energy environments
- Background in L&D, outbound training, MICE, or corporate events is a plus
- Comfortable with travel and on-ground execution
- Passion for creating engaging and memorable experiences
