Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Task Management role located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The role involves overseeing and coordinating team tasks to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met efficiently. Responsibilities include task delegation, progress monitoring, tracking project timelines, fostering collaboration, resolving obstacles, and maintaining clear communication within the team. The role will require driving operational efficiency through resource management and effective planning to support overall project success.

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination and team management skills
• Proficiency in task management tools and software
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
