Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Team Supervisor. The Team Supervisor will oversee daily operations for a designated team, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring service and productivity targets are met. The role involves coordinating schedules, tracking work progress, and resolving operational issues in a timely, customer-focused manner. The Team Supervisor will coach and support team members through regular feedback, performance reviews, and targeted development plans. This role will also collaborate with other departments, prepare concise reports for management, and recommend process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising or leading teams in operations, customer service, or a related function, preferably within consumer services.
- Strong skills in team coordination, performance management, and conflict resolution, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse team members.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, including task prioritization, deadline management, and attention to detail in a remote environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., email, video conferencing, shared workspaces, basic reporting tools).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret basic performance metrics, identify trends, and propose practical improvements.
- Ability to work independently, maintain accountability, and support a culture of inclusion, respect, and non-discrimination.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in an Indian consumer services context is an advantage.
