Job Summary

We are looking for a YouTube & Instagram Analytics Expert who can strategically grow and manage 25 to 30 YouTube channels, scaling them beyond 1 million+ subscribers in a short time. The ideal candidate should be a data-driven growth strategist with expertise in content optimization, audience insights, engagement metrics, Shorts strategy, long-form content, podcasts, and monetization tactics. This role requires deep analytical expertise, content strategy execution, and daily performance improvements to drive maximum views, watch time, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• YouTube & Instagram Growth Strategy:
• Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to scale multiple YouTube channels beyond 1M+ subscribers.
• Optimize content for maximum reach, watch time, engagement, and retention.
• Implement best practices for SEO, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and tags to enhance discoverability.
• Content Performance & Analytics:
• Track key YouTube & Instagram metrics such as CTR, AVD (Average View Duration), watch time, engagement rate, retention, and revenue performance.
• Conduct competitor analysis and trend research to identify content gaps and new opportunities.
• Utilize YouTube Analytics, Instagram Insights, and third-party tools to drive content improvements.
• Shorts, Reels & Multi-Format Video Strategy:
• Develop high-impact strategies for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, long-form videos, and podcasts.
• Optimize short-form and viral video content to maximize organic reach and engagement.
• Plan a content calendar that balances short-form, medium-length, and long-form content.
• Daily Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
• Implement real-time tracking and daily content optimizations based on audience behavior.
• A/B test thumbnails, video lengths, posting times, and engagement strategies.
• Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Monetization & Revenue Growth:
• Optimize ad revenue strategies through YouTube AdSense, brand collaborations, and sponsorships.
• Work on YouTube Memberships, Super Chats, and other monetization features.
• Identify new revenue streams through affiliate marketing, partnerships, and premium content.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership:
• Work closely with content creators, editors, graphic designers, and social media teams to align strategies.
• Train internal teams on best practices for content creation, SEO, and video performance.
• Manage relationships with YouTube & Instagram representatives for platform insights and support.
  
  

Key Qualifications & Skills

✅ 7-9 years of experience in YouTube & Instagram growth strategy, content analytics, and performance marketing.

✅ Proven track record of scaling multiple YouTube channels beyond 1M+ subscribers.

✅ Deep expertise in YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, and third-party analytics tools (e.g., Vidooly, Tubebuddy, Social Blade).

✅ Strong understanding of YouTube & Instagram algorithms, SEO, and audience retention strategies.

✅ Hands-on experience with A/B testing, trend analysis, content strategy, and monetization techniques.

✅ Ability to manage high-volume content portfolios (25-30 channels) and optimize for maximum engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience working with influencers, media agencies, or entertainment brands.
• Knowledge of video editing, AI-driven content recommendations, and platform automation tools.
