About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered web interfaces that enhance patient engagement, support medical professionals, and optimize healthcare workflows. You'll work on a variety of projects focused on improving the digital experiences in hospital and healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and responsive web interfaces for hospital applications, websites, and patient portals.
• Create and refine cross-platform web designs that offer consistent user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Understand user behavior, clinical workflows, and stakeholder requirements to craft intuitive UI/UX solutions.
• Conduct UX research and stay up to date on best practices, especially within the healthcare domain.
• Develop and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, screen flows, and mockups to communicate design intent and user interactions.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and medical professionals to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Design reusable UI components such as navigation bars, buttons, forms, modals, and dashboards.
• Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to improve the usability and effectiveness of web platforms.
• Ensure adherence to hospital branding and accessibility guidelines.
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on web platforms.
• Proven portfolio of past UI/UX design projects, especially involving complex or healthcare-related digital solutions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, InVision, or equivalent.
• Strong grasp of UX principles, web accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Ability to translate user needs into functional and visually appealing web interfaces.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site at the client location, 6 days a week.

• Experience in healthcare, hospital management systems, or patient engagement platforms.
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
