Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Member - Store Operations, based in Mumbai. The role involves daily store operations, including customer service, managing inventory, preparing and serving 99 Pancakes’ menu items, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting team members to ensure smooth operations. Team members will work collaboratively to create an exceptional customer experience while adhering to operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Customer service skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Team collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic food preparation and safety skills, with knowledge of hygiene best practices.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage inventory and follow operational protocols accurately.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Prior experience in the food and beverage or quick service restaurant (QSR) industry is a plus.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dedication to providing high-quality service.
