Job Description:
Guide, support and drive the sales, marketing, and customer retention strategies for the assigned area, product line and market segment, focusing on residential and commercial developers. Ensure the achievement of sales targets by managing the team effectively, driving strategic planning and enhancing customer engagement. Build strong relationships with key developers, identify growth opportunities and optimize sales processes to meet and exceed business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively pursue and follow up on sales leads to expand the customer base.
2. Conduct visits to both existing and potential clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
3. Support the achievement of sales targets by meeting predefined sales goals.
4. Sell the entire product range to residential and commercial developers.
5. Identify and act on opportunities for business growth within the assigned area.
6. Evaluate customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
7. Assist in expanding the customer base and optimizing sales processes.
8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
9. Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market feedback.
