Role Purpose:

Lead sourcing activities, supplier selection and negotiations efforts. N/A 100% achievement of desired results as per the budget
Pro-actively build positive strategic relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. N/A Increase in brand value and market share
Collaborate with Manufacturing teams to optimize inventory levels and material flow while minimizing stock-out risks. Continually optimize supply chain with respect to price, inventory, supply continuity, and terms and conditions. Development of Sourcing strategy and execution while ensuring alignment with key stakeholders. Price negotiation with suppliers Work closely with external suppliers to proactively identify opportunities for implementation of cost optimization, lead time reductions, quality enhancements, and overall improved service levels. Identify and qualify potential suppliers, evaluate and communicate performance, manage and develop long-term partnerships with suppliers to enhance overall capabilities and result in more efficient product development and a more agile supply chain. Develop and maintain relationships with leadership of key suppliers that foster communication on forward looking strategies, long range planning and partnerships. Review supplier onboarding and provide insight. Experience (No. Of Years) 4-7 years
Functional skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Able to extract, analyze, review data and make appropriate recommendations Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Mandatory Skills

1. At least 2 yrs of experience in Raw Material Sourcing- Liquid Bulk (any liquid like- petroleum/ Oil/ Diesel/Solvents/Paints/fertilizers
2. Exposure in Chemical Manufacturing Industry
3. Vendor management and negotiations
Educational Qualification preferred- B.tech/B.E (Mechanical and Instrumentation) or CA with relevant exp would work from Petro chemical industry or Carbon Manufacturing.
