Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute installation activities at customer sites.
- Coordinate with SG assured processors and processing plants to ensure timely supplies.
- Support and collaborate with authorized service partners for smooth execution.
- Conduct site measurements, pre‑installation surveys, and post‑installation services including CAPA.
- Perform post‑installation audits, prepare checklists, and validate sites.
- Manage project validation, issue completion certificates, and collect customer testimonials.
- Provide technical inputs and assist in planning, scheduling, and installer management.
- Inspect site progress at various stages to ensure readiness and quality.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Installation Management
- % of schedule adherence vs actuals
- Number of sites visited per day for measurements
- Number of error‑free installations
Authorized Service Partners (ASP) Management
- Manhours spent on training ASP installers
- Number of ASPs onboarded within assigned territory

Site Validation & Customer Testimonial

- Provide technical inputs for installation services.

- Ensure error‑free measurements and installation quality.
- Improve service levels by setting benchmarks in installation.
- Appoint and train service partners and their installers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Willingness to undertake intensive travel to customer sites.
- Ability to collaborate with civil teams for site readiness.
- Strong communication skills to engage and close‑loop with customers.
