Duties And Responsibilities
As Team Member Human Resources, You will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
- Assist in managing day-to-day HR operations and provide support in payroll and recruitment activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support in strengthening and promoting the Six Senses Vana culture by fostering a positive and engaging work environment through host engagement activities, events, and various HR initiatives across the retreat.
- Ensure completion and maintenance of host personal files as per the prescribed checklist and compliance standards.
- Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding processes.
- Assist in organizing orientation, induction, and training programs for new hosts.
- Maintain HR records and provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department.
- Ensure adherence to Six Senses guidelines, service standards, policies, and LQA requirements.
- Promote and uphold a positive work culture aligned with the values, vision, and service philosophy of Six Senses.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Team Member Human Resources, you must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR, training, or hospitality operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
