KRA1 Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines. Ensure compliance with the features of product defined by the company.
Update the customer with the changes in process by IRDA
KRA2 Ensure reduction in complaints/queries which are received through emails/ white paper as per targets to facilitate achievement of functional goals. Highlight process gaps identified.
Close loop with process owners.
Conduct root-cause analysis for service related complaints and suggest improvements.
KRA3 Ensure SLA adherence Enhance productivity and accuracy by effective use of resources & faster response time.
Ensure productivity feedback is shared.
Ensure priority cases are handled within TAT.
