Job details:
- Good understanding of major RBI guidelines/circulars pertaining to Risk Management, Basel guidelines and capital adequacy.
- Conduct stress testing, data analysis and result interpretation for various stress testing scenarios as per RBI guidelines and the Bank defined policy.
- Perform risk assessment and quantification of various Pillar II risks with guidance of Enterprise Risk Management Committee (ERMC) or Top Management for continuous improvement.
- Implementation and monitoring of Risk Appetite Statement of the Bank and highlighting the breaches (if any) to the senior management. Recommended revision in Risk Appetite Statement based on the Bank’s strategy and/or basis regulatory guidelines.
- Support in preparation, documentation and governance of ICAAP in line with regulatory expectations.
- Calculation and analysis of Risk Adjusted Return on Capital (RAROC) to support risk-based performance measurement.
- Conducting emerging risk analysis including climate-risk assessment and their integration into risk management frameworks.
- Reviewing and updating ERM policies, procedures and documentation to ensure consistency with regulatory requirements and internal governance.
- Improvement in MIS framework and implementation of updated guidelines on timely basis.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive risk oversight and governance.
- Address the queries with satisfactory resolution of queries or comments from various Audits and RBI
- Preparing risk reports, dashboards and regulatory submissions with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
