Job Title: Jr. Engineer-Mechanical

Function: Mechanical Maintenance

Department: -Maintenance

Location: Plant

Reports to:Manager- Maintenance

Date: 25/11/2024

Duties & Responsibilities: -

• Knowledge of Machine maintenance
• Knowledge of Bearing, pulley replacement
• Knowledge of Oil seals replacement
• Knowledge of Tools and Tackles
• Knowledge of maintenance of material handling systems like Belt Conveyor, Bucket Elevator, Screw conveyor, Crusher, screen etc.
• Knowledge of maintenance of Screw and Reciprocating compressors
• Knowledge of maintenance of Bag filters and Dust collectors
• Knowledge of maintenance of Fans and Blowers
  
  

Educational Qualification

• The ideal candidate should preferably Diploma in Mechanical.
  
  

Experience

• He should have worked in the field of Mechanical Maintenance of a Continuous Process Industry
• Minimum 1-3 years’ Experience.
  
  

Job Knowledge/Work Experience (Preferred)

• Hands-on experience of equipment operating.
• Experienced in the field of a Continuous Process Industry. Preferable cement, fertilizer etc.
