Job Purpose
This position will provide the right candidate an opportunity to help drive the future direction of BaaS at Bank. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated leader with Project & Program Management experience to join our Program Management team in Mumbai.
Your Project& Program Management experience, collaborative approach, ability to identify challenges as opportunities, teams with energy and excitement to coach, drive and facilitate strategic initiatives will deliver best in class technology to the organization to support the products that Bank markets.

PMO – Governance
- Program management & Supporting portfolio management function.
- Driving cross collaboration between product, tech owners, sponsors, stakeholders, and other support functions
- Providing analytical and execution support across a wider range of technology delivery efforts
- Delivering increased transparency and insight across in house initiatives and programs
- Proactively manage and remove impediments and risks to ensure the teams can focus on delivering incremental business value.
- Develop and maintains all project documentation required for successful delivery of the project.
- Identify and actively manage risk according to impact and probability, escalating when necessary.
- Ownership and accountability for the success of assigned projects.
- Manage, multiple concurrent projects from inception to completion.
- Create and manage complex project schedules with multiple work streams.
- Possess the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.
- Identify interdependencies of various projects
- Proactively manage and aggressively control project scope, schedule, and budgets.
- Identify, analyse, and resolve issues and risks.
- Create and deliver presentations. Reports on project details, to include progress, issues, risks, and other metrics as required.
- Assist in tracking and resolving issues.

Educational
Key Skills
- Graduation – BE/ BTech & equivalent preferred else any graduate with relevant experience
- 10+ years of Project /Program Management experience leading large and complex programs and projects in IT / Techno functional areas
- Advanced qualifications such as Prince II / Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) / Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is desired.
- Self-driven and self-motivated with strong ability to connect with people.
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- A proactive and team player attitude with ability to effectively work across all levels of the organization.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Quick learner and able to navigate effectively in unfamiliar environments.
- Keen ability to see, recommend and implement new ways to do things.
- Experience with waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office O365 application: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project required & Teams App.
- Proficiency in use of Zoho, JIRA and confluence would be preferred.
Experience Required
- 13-15 years of relevant experience (AVP); 15-18 years (DVP)
- Exposure to banking industry and risk management preferable
- Experience in the Project Management and / PMO is required.
- Prior experience in strategy would be an added advantage
