Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode for a Team Manager (Study Abroad) at Guidance Plus Educational Services. The Team Manager will oversee and lead the daily operations of the consultancy team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing service strategies, managing client relationships, coordinating with international academic institutions, training team members, and ensuring admissions and visa processes are accurately completed within established timelines.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to delegate tasks and motivate team members effectively
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of study abroad processes, admissions procedures, and visa requirements for countries such as the UK, Ireland,Germany, Australia, Canada, New Zealand etc.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to manage operational challenges efficiently
- Experience in the education consultancy or overseas education domain is preferred
