Solution Architect – Life Sciences R&D
Location: Mumbai / Delhi NCR / Hyderabad / Pune (or other major India delivery hubs)
Experience: 7-10 years with significant Life Sciences solutioning & pre-sales exposure
Role Overview: The position requires
strong functional knowledge of Life Sciences BPO and the ability to deliver
scalable, compliant, and cost-effective solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Opportunity Initiation including deal qualification (Go / No-Go) discussions with Sales and Leadership and Drive kick-off meetings
- Own bid planning, governance, and stakeholder coordination
- Own the end-to-end solution design, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Develop solution decks, responses, and pricing proposals in alignment with client expectations listed in the RFI/RFP and own final submission readiness
- Lead bid reviews and client orals preparations
- Act as the single point of orchestration across all internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications - Mandatory
- 7-10 years of experience in Life Sciences BPO services
- Strong hands-on experience in solutioning / pre-sales / RFP management
- Excellent written, verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Good understanding of at least one or more: Clinical Data Management, Medical Writing, Regulatory Operations etc.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Preferred
- Experience working with global pharmaceutical or biotech clients
- Exposure to Agentic / Gen AI automation, analytics, or digital transformation in Life Sciences BPO value chain
