Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Manager role based in Mohali district. The Team Manager will oversee day-to-day studio operations, lead and motivate the fitness team, and ensure exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities include maintaining the highest service standards, managing schedules, collaborating on fitness program development, and resolving issues as they arise. The Team Manager will also play a critical role in driving the studio’s vision forward and innovating new workflows for business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Team Management, Leadership, and Staff Supervision
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Conflict Resolution skills
- Proficiency in Organizational and Time Management abilities
- Familiarity with Fitness Programs, Personal Training, and Health & Wellness trends
- Goal-Oriented mindset with Business Strategy and Customer Service Excellence skills
- Ability to work on-site in Mohali and lead a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a significant advantage
- Passionate about fitness and dedicated to fostering a supportive and transformative environment for clients
