🔹 Your Role:
• Lead & manage a team of Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs)
• Drive primary & secondary sales targets
• Monitor daily field activity & productivity
• Conduct training, reviews & performance tracking
• Support team in doctor visits & order generation
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Strengthen distributor network & coverage
• Ensure stock availability & smooth order execution
• Track team performance (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Coordinate with HO, accounts & dispatch teams
