Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Team Manager will lead and supervise a team to achieve defined business targets, ensure high-quality customer service, and maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities include planning and monitoring team performance, setting clear objectives, conducting reviews, and providing coaching and feedback to team members. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring accurate execution of financial products and services, and resolving escalated client queries in a timely and professional manner. The Team Manager will also contribute to process improvement, support training initiatives, and uphold a culture of integrity, collaboration, and accountability.
Qualifications
- Strong team leadership and people management skills, with experience in performance monitoring, coaching, and mentoring.
- Proficiency in sales and business development, including target achievement, pipeline management, and customer relationship handling.
- Solid knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management or broking services.
- Ability to analyze data, use reports and dashboards, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and handle escalations.
- Comfort with technology platforms and tools commonly used in financial services operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or professional certification (e.g., NISM, CFP, MBA) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in financial services, broking, or wealth management is highly beneficial.
