Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Manager based in Banjara Hills. The Team Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of dental and administrative professionals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality service to patients. Responsibilities include team coordination, performance monitoring, problem-solving, and ensuring adherence to protocols and company standards. The Team Manager will also work to maintain a positive and organized environment, focusing on client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple tasks and ensure smooth operations.
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and address concerns.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities to resolve issues efficiently and proactively.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Operations or prior experience in the healthcare/dental industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
