Role Description The Team Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of photography and media projects. This role includes planning and assigning work to photographers and support staff, coordinating shoot schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs to clients. The Team Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, manage expectations, handle inquiries, and resolve issues that arise during projects. The role involves monitoring performance, guiding team members, and implementing processes that improve efficiency and service quality. The Team Manager will also collaborate with leadership to support business growth initiatives and maintain a positive, professional working environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in team leadership or supervision, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple shoots, timelines, and resources simultaneously.
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills, with a focus on service quality and responsiveness.
- Basic understanding of photography or media production workflows, enabling effective collaboration with creative staff.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and scheduling software; familiarity with project tracking or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Relevant experience in events, advertising, media, or hospitality sectors is beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in management, business, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
