Job Title: Team Manager / Area Head Residential Sales
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and result-oriented sales leaders to drive Residential Sales performance. The role involves managing high-performing sales teams, ensuring target achievement, and overseeing end-to-end sales operations. For senior candidates (Area Head), the role extends to managing multiple teams, driving regional performance, and strategizing business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership Team Management:
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Hire, onboard, and train new team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer handling.
- Monitor individual and team performance, provide regular feedback, and drive productivity.
- Support team members in client meetings and closures, especially for high-value deals.
Business Development Revenue Growth
- Drive lead conversion by ensuring effective handling of marketing-generated and self-generated leads.
- Plan and execute local lead generation activities such as corporate tie-ups, kiosks, and events.
- Develop and expand business through strategic partnerships with corporates, associations, and institutions.
- Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure adequate lead flow and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on key projects and inventory focus.
- Maintain strong relationships with developers and external stakeholders for smoother closures.
Operations Customer Experience
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance, and documentation standards.
- Oversee customer interactions to ensure a seamless and satisfying buying experience.
- Drive post-sales support processes, including assistance with home loans and documentation.
Additional Responsibilities (Area Head)
- Manage multiple teams across locations and ensure overall regional performance.
- Define sales strategies, set targets, and track business KPIs.
- Identify market opportunities and implement growth strategies.
- Drive operational excellence and standardization across teams.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / MBA in any discipline.
- Strong experience in direct sales, preferably in real estate.
- Proven experience in team handling (for Team Manager) and multi-team/regional leadership (for Area Head).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and guide teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Strong target orientation with high ownership and accountability.
