Salary Credit Date: 10th of every month

• Marathi Team Leader
• Telugu + Kannada Team Leader
• Malayalam Team Leader
Language Requirement: Hindi + English + Regional Language (as per role)

Work Timing:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (30 minutes lunch break)

Job Description:
MediaTechTemple is looking for experienced and confident Team Leaders to manage and lead telecalling teams remotely. The role requires strong leadership skills, multilingual communication ability, and a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telecallers
• Monitor daily calling activities and team performance
• Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups
• Conduct regular training and performance improvement sessions
• Handle customer escalations and ensure service quality
• Maintain attendance, discipline, and adherence to company policies
• Ensure daily and weekly call targets are achieved
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in telecalling, BPO, or customer support
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems
• Multilingual proficiency as per language requirements
Training Details:
• There will be online training for 4 to 5 days (unpaid). Generally, candidates get trained within this period and start the job, but some may require additional improvement time. Training completion and readiness will be confirmed by the trainer.
• Once the trainer confirms that you are ready to start calling, your joining process will be completed and the offer letter will be sent to your email within 15 days.
• There will be no leaves during training. If you take leave without notice, you may be disqualified from training.
• This is not a part-time role. You must attend training from 9 AM to 6 PM regularly.
Work Setup:
• Calls will be made using company-provided calling software
• Personal phones cannot be used for calls
• Laptop access will be required to install the telecalling software
