Urgent Hiring – Team Leader (Travel Process)

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Travel Process to join our dynamic Operations team. If you have a strong background in handling travel campaigns and have successfully led teams in a BPO environment, we'd love to hear from you!
🔹 Key Requirements:
• Proven experience working as a Team Leader in a Travel Process is mandatory
• Strong understanding of Travel Operations and customer service excellence
• GDS knowledge (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar) will be an added advantage
• Excellent team handling, coaching, and people management skills
• Ability to drive productivity, quality, and SLA adherence
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team within the Travel Process to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Monitor team performance and drive key operational KPIs
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and deliver business objectives
📍 Location: Noida
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office
💰 CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA (Based on Experience)
