We are hiring experienced professionals for a Telugu Voice Process in Hyderabad. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
📌 Job Details
• Positions: Team Leader (TL) and Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Location: Hyderabad
• Process: Telugu Voice Process
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Senior Executive
• Shift: Day Shift
• Weekly Off: One day per week
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support a team of customer service executives.
• Monitor calls, attendance, productivity and performance.
• Provide process guidance and resolve team escalations.
• Conduct regular briefings, coaching and feedback sessions.
• Ensure the team achieves productivity and quality targets.
• Prepare and maintain daily performance reports.
• Coordinate with management to improve team performance.
🔹 Required Skills
• Fluency in Telugu with good communication skills.
• Strong team-handling and leadership abilities.
• Good knowledge of voice-process operations.
• Ability to resolve customer and process-related escalations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Target-oriented approach with good problem-solving skills.
