About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Team Leader – Tele sales to lead a dynamic sales team for our Trade India process. If you have a strong background in managing tele sales teams and driving revenue, this is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-paced organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a team of tele sales executives to achieve sales targets
· Drive revenue through effective team performance and conversions
· Monitor KPIs, call quality, and productivity metrics
· Provide coaching, training, and regular feedback to team members
· Handle escalations and assist in closing high-value deals
· Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
· Prepare and share performance reports with management
Eligibility Criteria:
· 2–4 years of tele sales experience with at least 1 year as a Team Leader
· Experience in Indiamart / Justdial / Trade India or similar B2B sales processes preferred
· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
· Target-oriented with a proven sales track record
· Immediate joiners preferred
