Kokan NGO India, recognized among the Top 100 NGOs in India, is hiring an experienced *Tele Fundraising Team Lead* to manage telecalling operations and team productivity.
📍 Location: Dadar, Mumbai
🎓 Education: Graduation
💼 Experience: 2–4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily tele fundraising operations.
Conduct team briefings, roleplays, and target alignment sessions.
Monitor daily production and team performance.
Manage reporting, attendance, and telecaller support.
Maintain Google Sheets, MIS reports, and operational data.
Requirements
Experience in Tele Sales / Telecalling team handling.
Good communication in *Hindi, Marathi & English*.
*Good computer knowledge .
Strong leadership and follow-up skills.
