Team Leader – Talent Acquisition
Location: Gurgaon
The Role
We are looking for a high-energy team leader to bridge the gap between finding great talent and keeping it. This isn't just about filling seats; it’s about building the teams that will define our future.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Team: Mentor team of Regional HR to hit aggressive hiring targets.
- Strategic Partnering: Work directly with Department Heads to forecast needs and plan strategy.
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end journey from sourcing to exit (hiring, training, retaining).
- Data-Driven Insights: Use hiring metrics to refine workflows and improve "time-to-hire" and "quality-of-hire."
- Culture Advocate: Ensure our values are woven into every interview and onboarding experience.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in TA, with at least 2 years in a team leading role.
- Hybrid Skills: A mix of hardcore headhunting and HRBP-style business consulting.
- Communication: Ability to influence and negotiate.
- Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving people issues.
