Role Description The Team Leader – Supply Chain is a full-time, on-site role based in North - kerala . This role oversees day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, including planning inbound and outbound flows, monitoring inventory movements, and ensuring timely dispatches. The team leader coordinates shift schedules, allocates tasks, and guides team members to meet performance, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities include analyzing operational data, identifying bottlenecks, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet demand and service-level targets. The role also involves preparing regular reports, maintaining compliance with company policies, and supporting continuous training and development of the on-ground operations team.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning and Operations Management skills to manage inventory, forecasting, and end-to-end supply chain activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and drive process improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and frontline staff.
- Candidates should possess proven Team Management capabilities, including supervision, mentoring, and performance management.
- Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations, preferably in high-volume environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, basic data reporting tools, and warehouse management or ERP systems is beneficial.
- A 3 year diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred.
