💼 Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives
- Drive revenue through Demat accounts, trading, and investment products
- Guide clients on Equity, Options, SIPs, and Insurance planning
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
- Train and mentor team members for continuous improvement
- Build strong client relationships and ensure retention
✅ Candidate Profile
- 1–5+ years of experience in financial sales (depending on role)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Stock Market (Equity/Options)
- Mutual Funds & SIPs
- Insurance (Health/Life/ULIPs)
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Target-driven and growth-oriented mindset
