Job Title: Sourcing TL (Commercials)
Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities
- Execute sourcing strategies to build strong Channel Partner preference and increase commercial project walk-ins.
- Onboard, manage, and develop Channel Partners specializing in commercial real estate sales.
- Identify and drive new lead generation opportunities through brokers, IPCs, and Channel Partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners for sustained business growth.
- Train, mentor, and guide the sourcing team to improve sourcing efficiency and conversion ratios.
- Drive commercial inventory movement through strategic sourcing initiatives and market outreach.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to launch Channel Partner campaigns, broker meets, and commercial project initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand within the commercial real estate segment.
- Ensure timely feedback, deal closures, and payout coordination for Channel Partners.
- Collaborate with CRM and Sales teams to ensure smooth booking, documentation, and registration processes.
- Drive Channel Partner engagement programs and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Innovate and execute lead generation activities focused on commercial clientele and investors.
- Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly MIS reports, walk-ins, lead funnels, and client databases.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team targets for commercial project sales.

Skills & Competencies
Must Have:
- 8–12 years of experience in real estate sourcing/sales with exposure to commercial projects.
- Strong Channel Partner and broker network in commercial real estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Team handling and mentoring experience.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong coordination and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate market trends and investor behavior.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Good To Have
- Experience in Channel Partner engagement programs and broker activations.
- Exposure to CRM tools, MIS reporting, and sales analytics.
- Knowledge of commercial leasing, investment sales, and institutional sales.
- Strong networking and business development capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in commercial real estate sourcing/channel sales preferred
