Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kakori for a Team Leader in Solar Sales. The Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring that customer needs are met with high-quality solar solutions. Day-to-day tasks include supervising sales activities, engaging with clients, analyzing sales performance, and providing coaching and support to the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Team Management and Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse sales team.
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing sales data, forecasting, and improving sales strategies.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships and effectively articulate the value of solar solutions.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a competitive environment.
- Solid understanding of Customer Service principles and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns and inquiries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in solar energy or renewable energy sales is an advantage.
