We’re looking for a driven and experienced Team Lead to lead end-to-end campaign management and digital strategy execution across major public-facing events and verticals. This is a key leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and brings a blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning- Design and execute integrated social media strategies aligned with high-impact event and communication goals.
Collaboration & Coordination- Interface with multiple internal departments to gather updates, assets, and content.
Execution & Oversight- Supervise creative, content, and video teams to maintain message consistency and quality
Monitoring & Reporting- Track campaign performance, social listening, and audience insights.
Project Management- Manage campaign timelines, team meetings, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or Mass Communication.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital and social media campaign management, preferably in public sector, media, or large-scale events.
Skills:
Expertise in social media strategy, project management, and data analytics.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
