🚀 We’re Hiring: Team Leader – Collections & SME- Collections
đź“Ť Location: Bangalore
We’re looking for a driven Team Leader – Collections to lead a high‑performing team and deliver outstanding recovery results while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
🌟 What You’ll Do
- Lead collection agents to achieve and exceed recovery goals.
- Monitor KPIs such as Promise-to-Pay (PTP) conversion, Right Party Contact (RPC), and Average Handling Time (AHT).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines during all collection activities.
- Coach and mentor your team to improve performance and customer interactions.
- Analyze KPI trends and implement strategies to close performance gaps.
- Prepare reports and present insights to management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality and Training teams to enhance efficiency.
- Act as the first line of escalation for customer queries, ensuring exceptional service.

🧩 What We’re Looking For
- Leadership skills with proven experience managing teams.

🎯 Experience Required
- 3–5 years in collections.
- Total Experience 5+ years
- Minimum 1 year leading a team of collection agents.
